The Didsbury Drum Department Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before booking your lesson.

  • Lessons cannot be booked sooner than 2 weeks before the chosen date and time. 

    Invoices will be sent out monthly, and payment must be made via bank transfer within the ‘Cooling Off Period’.

    Payments not made within the ‘Cooling Off Period’ results in the lesson place for that month being lost.

  • The ‘Cooling Off’ period is one week after lesson payment.

    Students have the right to cancel/reschedule lessons and will receive a full refund during this week.

    If the student needs to reschedule after the ‘cooling off’ period, the tutor will do the utmost to find another date and time within the same week as the rescheduled lesson, however this cannot be guaranteed.

    If the student cancels/tutor cannot reschedule a lesson after the ‘cooling off’ period, students cannot be offered a refund.

  • If you find yourself running late, please let Mia know ASAP on 07944729604.

    Mia cannot add time on to the end of the lesson, or reschedule this as another lesson.
