The Didsbury Drum Department Terms & Conditions

Lessons cannot be booked sooner than 2 weeks before the chosen date and time. 

Students have the right to cancel/reschedule lessons and will receive a full refund during this week.

If the student needs to reschedule during the ‘cooling off’ period, the Tutor will do the utmost to find another date and time within the same week as the rescheduled lesson, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Students will not be able to reschedule after the ‘cooling off’ period.

If students cancel after the 'cooling off' period, no refund will be issued.

Students that book a block of 4 lessons can use them weekly over one month, or fortnightly over two months. 

If the student decides to continue, payment is required before the next block of lessons (assuming the time and day of the lesson has not changed) and students have the right to cancel/reschedule during the ‘cooling off’ period.

Booking is for one lesson only, if the students wishes to book more than one lesson in a fortnight, they must book a block of 4.
